What Is ICHRA?

ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) is a new type of health benefit that employers can offer their employees.


Instead of requiring all employees to enroll in the same group health insurance plan, the company sets a budget, and employees use those funds to choose and purchase the individual health insurance plan that best fits their needs.
